Terms & Conditions
Last updated June 2026
Welcome to Cruize. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them — they’re written to be clear and fair.
1. What Cruize is
Cruize is a platform where we share songs that people love. We provide the space and the tools; the music itself comes from creators who use the service. Cruize does not own the content uploaded to the platform and does not claim any rights over it.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
3. Creators & content
If you upload music, you confirm that you have the rights to share it and to grant Cruize permission to host and stream it to listeners. You are responsible for the content you upload, including its credits and attributions. Don’t upload material you don’t have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
Use Cruize respectfully. Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, don’t abuse other users, and don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Copyright & content disputes
We respect intellectual property and expect our community to do the same. If there is a dispute over content, or you believe something on Cruize infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us — we’re ready to help resolve the issue. Reach out from the Contact page (choose the “Copyright” or “Content related” category) with the details, and we’ll review your report and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content in question.
6. No ownership claim by Cruize
To be explicit: Cruize is a host and a platform. The songs and other content belong to the people who made and uploaded them. Removing content in response to a valid dispute does not imply Cruize ever owned it.
7. The service is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep Cruize running smoothly, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features over time. To the extent permitted by law, Cruize isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
Cruize Music reserves the right to change, update, modify or replace these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any other policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. While we’ll try to highlight significant changes where we reasonably can, we are not obligated to give advance notice. It’s your responsibility to review these Terms periodically, and continuing to use Cruize after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Thanks for being part of Cruize. If anything here is unclear, the Contact page is always open.
